Web accessibility refers to the practice of making websites that can be used by people of all abilities and disabilities.
 
Elements that affect accessibility include:
 
Those with a visual impairment.
Those who are blind.
Those people who are deaf or have difficulty hearing.
Those who find a keyboard or mouse hard to use.
Those who find words difficult to read.
Those with epilepsy who may have seizures brought on by flickering or flashing content.
Colour Blind users.
 
The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) is an international community that develops open standards to ensure the long-term growth of the Web and have developed web content accessibility guidelines. We endeavour to meet these guidelines and monitor future developments to improve the way the website operates.
